  Abstract:  Zénon - uno y lo múltiple. Este articulo intenta analizar un aspecto menos conocido de la personalidad de Zénon, el personaje de Opus nigrum. De costumbre se pone de rilievo sobretodo el aspecto diurno del personaje, su voluntad de saber todo, su deseo de abarcar toda la realidad en su pensamiento, su lucidez y su universalidad. Pero esa contribución subraya sobretodo el otro “bulto” de Zénon, el Zénon que presiente su fracaso, el que no puede integrar su personalidad en un todo completo, el Zénon nocturno. Este tipo de ambiguedad se refleja de una manera muy fiel en el episodio del espejo.
