Abstract: DOI: 10.24193/subbeng.2020.1.1 Published Online: 2020-11-23 pp. 9-20 FULL PDF: VOL.65, No.1, 2020 This paper analyzes an existing production system in an industrial hall, consisting of 11 machines (service stations) and 13 intermediate stocks (queues), where 4 types of parts are processed and assembled, with the aim of increasing production volume. The Queuing System Simulation module of the WinQSB software is used, which allows the simulation of waiting systems.
