About the Journal

Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai Theologia Catholica Latina is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Roman Catholic Theology of Babeş-Bolyai University.

While focused on theology and religious studies, the journal also publishes interdisciplinary essays on topics of interest related to religion, discussed from a historical, sociological, or psychological perspective.

We invite original contributions mainly in English, but papers in German, French or Italian may also be submitted.

 

Aims and Scope:

  • Addressing relevant, important matters is thematic issues.
  • Improving the international profile of the journal, welcoming articles of international scholars.
  • Including the journal in further international databases and improving its visibility.


The journal is indexed in ERIH PLUS (European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences), CEEOL (Central and Eastern European Online Library) Germany, ATLASerials, Ulrich’s Serials Solutions - ProQuest and EBSCOhost Online Research Databases, IxTheo (Index Theologicus).

It is included in international catalogues, such as: Hollis (Harvard University), Stanford Libraries (Stanford University), Almastart CIB (Centro Inter-bibliotecario Università di Bologna), Catalogue of Periodicals of Suweco CZ.
