  Abstract:  L’éducation religieuse, élément composant de la mission de l’eglise dans le monde. La classe de religion est vue comme une partie de la mission de l’Église. La mission comprend plusieurs aspects qui sont tous observables dans l’enseignement religieux: la présence, c’est-à-dire le contact personnel, face à face, la proclamation, la participation, la prière et la catéchèse. Le statut législatif de la classe de religion en Roumanie est ensuite présenté, dans toute son histoire post – décembriste.
