The Independent Hungarian Greek Catholic Protopresbyteral District in Slovakia. In 2018, the Prešov Greek Catholic Eparchy celebrates the 200th anniversary of its establishment. It was only in 1991 when the independent Hungarian Protopresbyteral District was established. It unites the parishes which use Hungarian liturgical language. This paper presents these parishes.
