  Abstract:  The BEM ecumenical Document is not a text of ecclesiological unity between the churches, but an attempt to express faith in terms of theological convergence presenting the actuality of interfaith discussions and renders the agreements that were felt and the doctrinal convergences made regarding Baptism, Eucharist and ministry as expressed the hope that the growing mutual understanding expressed in this document can allow some Churches to reach a highest degree of communion with each other and thus approaching the day that Christ’s divided people will be gathered clearly around the table of the Lord. In the text from Lima are emphasized the Christological and pneumatologic, even eschatologic issues of the Eucharist. It is drawn in relief the ecclesiological, community function of Holy Eucharist, but there is no reference to the sacrifice aspect of the Holy Eucharist being called just memorial (anamnesis).
