Abstract: The Holy Fathers of the Church say that a true spirituality involves the whole human being and that communion is necessary connected to spirituality; spirituality, in its turn, is fed by the Holy Liturgy. During the Holy Liturgy we are lifted above our personal interests which keep us bound to this world and are united with Christ and, through Him, with the Father in the Holy Spirit. Prayer, feast, moderation, love towards those in need, wisdom, responsibility and fraternal solidarity are elements of a work belonging to spirituality. In a word, spirituality means faith experienced in living. | |||||||
