ABSTRACT:
In the following, the spiritual and ethical will be philosophized not only abstractly but in the context of the existential and living completion of human life. The noetic dimension or the spiritual must not be equated with mental processes. These only enable the spiritual, but do not cause it. Ethical action is an original, a specifically human phenomenon. Ethical awareness is an inalienable essence of human beings as homo humanus and homo noeticus.
