  Abstract:  This paper consists in a research project within study doctoral program of the Ph.D student at Babes-Bolyai University, Miss Havatzelet Ronen being supervised by Professor Vasile Chis. The paper emphasizes the value of quantitative versus qualitative approaches in educational research. Quantitative and qualitative analyses are presented in a comparative way being supported by concrete examples and case analyses.
