  Abstract:  Réforme Politique et Économique. Dans cet article je veux presenter quelques theories concernant les different problemes de la transition, soit elle politique ou economique. Premierement il s’agit d’une presentation de la basa thoretique qui nous permis une compairison entre l’Amerique Latin et l’Europe d’Est Au suite, suivant cette presentation plutot theoretique, l’article va presenter des different points des vue au regard de la reforme. La forme, le contenu et les consequences de la transition seront analize principalement au regard de la situation de la Roumanie. Le dernier part presente la relation entre le reforme politique et le reforme economique.
