	Abstract: The structure of proteins was described in terms of fractal characteristics both in relation to the position of the aminoacids and properties such as the hydrophobicity of the aminoacids. The methods of analysis involved typical procedures for measuring the fractal dimension. The goal of our study was to characterize the series of the temperature factors (Tf) of the hemoglobin heavy atoms (all excepting hydrogen).
