Abstract:  Eudorus from Alexandria conceived a philosophical system inspired from the Agrapha dogmata which is attributed by Aristotle to Plato. This system is marked by the existence of a supreme principle from which a secondary realm derives, the latter being composed from opposed principles: Ideas and Matter. Unfortunately, the ontology of Eudorus has been preserved by three fragments included in the edition of Claudio Mazzarelli, fragments upon which we will make several brief comments.

Keywords: Platonism, Neopythagorism, Ontologie, Eudorus din Alexandria
