  Abstract:  Cette étude se propose d’envisager les effets du mouvement husserlien de génétisation de l’ego pur transcendantal sur l’identité de cet ego même. L’habitus, la passivité (secondaire et primaire), l’instinct sont les moments génétiques qu’augmentent la tension entre la facticité et la transcendantalité de l’auto-constitution de l’ego. L’identité semble échapper à tout acte d’identification pour s’enfouir dans dans la vie même de l’ego..
