BUILDING ENUNCIATION AND SYLLABIFICATION IN FFL / LA SYLLABE ET LA CONSTRUCTION DE L’ÉNONCÉ EN FLE. Authors: . |
||||||
Abstract: Building enunciation and syllabification in FFL. Syllabic constituency can be applied to oral FFL corpora: odd prosodic patterns (extrametricity and unusual breaks) can be re-interpreted as segmental positions by using a syllabic transcription protocole which introduces, by suppletion, metrical elements as the glottal stop. Corrective exercises to rebuilt prosodic parameters can then be elaborate. We conclude that the same phonological competence underlying syntactic parameters in FFL learners, operates in expressive speech (press, publicity, slogans) dissociating acoustic image of syllable components from iconicity. Keywords : endophasy, FFL, iconicity, phonetic word, phonology, prosody, syllable constituency, metricity.
