Abstract:   The domain of utopia is a vast, a rather limitless domain that has been the point of focus for many cultural and literary per-sonalities of the world. Born out of the imperfec¬tions of a certain society, utopia, as a work of litera¬ture, can be considered the answer to the wish, or bet¬ter say the need, to escape the disappointing reality. It brings into discussion the real and the imaginary, the latter is used to create a parallel world as a solu¬tion to the prob-lems that reality deals with. The profuse literature that has been written on this subject is a proof of its complexity.
