  Abstract:  The Alternation of Conditional and Imperfect itive Periphrasis in Spanish and French Spoken Corpora. This work’s aim is to analyse in a contrastive way and in terms of quantity and quality the alternation between the conditional tense and the go-periphrasis aller / ir a in the imperfective tense the infinitive in French and Spanish. Our analysis is based on oral corpora used in order to determine if this alternation results from a social and stylistic variation.
