Abstract:
Concepts as “new poverty” and forms of vulnerability are more and more associated with the latest forms taken by the process of economic globalization within the features of the “new economy”. This working paper intends to review some of the fundamental concepts available in this area, trying to emphasize their links to and consequences on the current context of the world economy.
