Abstract: Organizational’s and Individual’s Role in the Career Planning. The career planning represents the process by means of which the employees evaluate their strong and weak points, forsee the development opportunities within the organization in which they work and establish their objectives and plans through which they could guide their own careers towards the aimed direction. Although the employees are the ones who bear the main responsibility of the way in which they lead their own careers, the organization has also an essential part in this respect, that is of facilitating this process. | |||||||
