	Abstract: The Management of Stress on Organisations. Stress within an organization could have a negative impact over the activities, but also could be a motivating factor, if it acts in certain limits. Unfavorable influences of the stress are connected with its developed forms and determined factors. The most important role in eliminating stress effects are clue to managers, because they have a bigger control over the work environment rather the employees.
