	Abstract: Credit Card - the Modern Instrument for Credit and Payment. The attraction of the credit card as a means of payment are many.The credit card is a compact size and easily carried, especially when compared to a cheque book. It offers a convenient and permanent line of short-term credit, with more flexibility in repayment than a personal loan and, if used astutely, at a lower cost than an overdraft.
