  Abstract:  Possible Mechanisms for Achieving an Efficient Process. The management of the multiple processes constituting the texture of the daily activity of a firm becomes more and more difficult. There are numerous methods of analysing the processes, but few methods have been found for organising the action in a coherent synthesis which does not eliminate the inconvenient factors and aims at the essential. The study contains a synthetic presentation of the mechanisms characterising an efficient process.
