  Abstract:  Several Aspects of Unemployment Insurance and Payments. The basis of unemployment payments are to be found in specific and distinct elements for each country, based on the three objectives of the social security system: financial security, human solidarity and especially economic efficiency. During the last years, it was proved that the revision of the unemployment payment system is even more actual due to the multiple realities on the international labour market.
