	Abstract: In Romania, the unemployment is a problem that concerns especially the graduates. They finish their studies with good theoretical skills, but without the necessary practical experience. Due to this fact, it`s very difficult for them to find a job. Here, we had identified the causes of situation and we had proposed solutions to facilitate their integration on the labor market. Also, we had presented the activities used at this moment to solve this problem.
