Article:   TWO REPRESENTATION MODELS OF POLITICAL MARKET SYSTEM.

Authors:  RADU COCEAN.

Abstract:  The paper extends the distinction between public interest theory and economic theory of regulation (interest group theory) from the decision-making process during the governing period to the entire cycle election->government->election and builds two different models of interaction between political markets. It is the thesis of this paper that the structuring of exchanges that occur between the interest group market, the political party market and the electoral market both reflect and shape the democratic process of election and policy making. Two graphic representations of the models are presented and discussed upon.
