  Abstract:  The Role of Human Factor in the Process of Decisions` Taking. The adjustment of the enterprise’s activity depending on the internal and external factors influence is carried through the implementation by the managers of a whole range of decisions. A particular importance is granted to the involvement of subordinates, by the managers in the process of taking and implementing the decisions. A very popular topic carefully studied lately is the “leadership" concept that concerns the manager’s ability to communicate and inspire his collaborators in achieving performance objectives.
