  Abstract:  Team-organization. For too many years the search for successful management has been seen almost exclusively as a search for the right individual. But no individual can combine all the needed qualities; only a team of individuals can and often does. So we can be optimistic and say, that "Nobody is perfect, but a team can be!" and try to create and manage this team, because we can be sure, that this is the right instrument of sustained and enduring success in management Team building, teamwork, is a challenge for the corporations, the managers and the individuals, so it can be interesting to see how can we build an effective team, to motivate the individuals, to balance the different team roles, and to meet the deadlines
