  Abstract:  The aim of this paper is to show several approaches about Machine Laearning; Interactive Learning Environments based on which we try to solve a learning system for informational technology business. As we show in following sentences, in instructions field we try to find properly way to design an informatics system based on hardware configurations we are using today and software tools for multimedia programming. For development we used Web site`s for information and study, and client server architecture for management human resources and application`s and for testing and manging the results of instructions in several economics fields.
