  Abstract:  A certain subclass B1(p, n, α, β) with p, nN = {1, 2, . . . }, α > 0 and 0  β< p, of p-valently Bazilevic functions in the unit disc U = {z : |z| < 1} is introduced. The object of the present paper is to derive some properties of the class B1(p, n, α,β).
