  Abstract:  Les dispositions du nouveaux code de procédure civile roumain concernant les incidents d’instance sur la compétence dans le cadre du procès civil international combinent – en général dans une manière approprié – les constantes normatives dans ce domaine avec les conceptions qui résultent des normes internationales et de la jurisprudence étrangère. Nous nous sommes arrêtés sur quelques incidents d’instance – dans le sens étendu de cette expression – pour des observations et des possibles suggestions.
