  Abstract:  Prin sentinţa penală nr. 339 din 30 octombrie 1998 pronunţată de Tribunalul Bucureşti, inculpatul P.I.T. a fost condamnat la pedeapsa de 5 ani închisoare pentru infracţiunea de tâlhărie prevăzutã şi pedepsită de art. 211 alin. l C. pen. cu aplicarea art. 37 lit. a C. pen. şi la 8 ani închisoare pentru tentativa la infracţiunea de omor deosebit de grav prevăzuta de art. 20 raportat la art. 174, art. 176 lit. b şi d C. pen. cu aplicarea art. 37 lit. a C. pen.
