Competition law provisions tend to be used by both the European and National competent authorities on different markets. The sports market is one of the newest and brings many novelties. Sportsmen in Europe perform also economic activities which created a whole new industry. This article will be focused on the possibilities and modalities to apply Article 101 TFEU.
