  Abstract:  Prin cererea introdusă la data de 8 oct.2001, sub nr.8.732/2001, reclamanta S.C. P.I. S.R.L. a chemat în judecată pe pârâta S.C. A.P. S.R.L., solcitiând obligarea pârâtei la plata sumei de 4.496.018 lei, ce în mod nejustificat nu i-a fost plătită şi în acest sens este depusă la dosar factura fiscală.
