	Abstract: E-Commerce represents a new and complex phenomenon at the intersection of various fields: economy, computer science, sociology, law etc, as it will be specified in the introduction of this paper. The aim of this paper is to propose an Ecommerce model that takes into consideration the technological and informational changes and implies a flexible architecture based on Web Services and XML documents, in order to maintain the interoperability with other systems, the flexibilityand extensibility imposed by future technological changes.
