Abstract: Geomorphosystemic Conditionalities in Pedogenesis. GIS Applications (Pădurea Craiului Mountains).The geological sublayer – climate – hydrogeology morphodynamic relation and the terrain agricultural exploitation inserts the catenary’s correlations of the pedogenetic process response to the geomorphological processes display (intensity, frequency, area). The pedogenetic process is under the control of the geological, geomorphological, climatically, hydric, biotic and anthropic factor. The mutation of the draining slope at the mountainside sectorial level or at the mountainside segmential level, determines processes that are specific to illuviation or elluviation, but also diagenetic processes of the ionic and cationic transfers at the mineral sequential level. The global approach of these changes can be easily perceived when reporting investigation results in an integrated monitoring system and analyzing throughout GIS procedures and techniques. The soil profile does not represent materialization of anthropic activities, climatic oscillations or of a certain type of recent anthropic exploitation. Its concluding represents a product of the climatic, hydric, geomorphic, biotic and anthropic interconditioning environment during the Quaternary - Pliocene evolution. The participation degree of the hydro - atmospheric, biotic and anthropic community’s environment components will define the functionality of mountain landscape in Pădurea Craiului Mountains, having as a guide mark the agricultural and pedological productivity. Soils become the information provider of the geographic scenery quality. The spatial architecture of the pedologic landscape argues the integration modalities through the substitution of the geographical landscapes structural and petrographic elements and their spatial articulation through the agricultural and agro-touristic exploitation method or through agro-tourism. If the agro - touristic capitalization represents an annex variable, the agricultural one remains the main joint of subsistence landscape exploitation in Piatra Craiului Mountains. The mentioned above aspects are sustained by the soil types and classes present in Pădurea Craiului Mountains: cernisoil (rendzine), luvisoil (litic luvosoil, stagnic luvosoil), cambisoil (eutricambisoil, districambisoil), protisoil (litosoil).The pedosystem functionality spatial projection in Pădurea Craiului Mountains represents the instrumentation arguments of the georelational optimum in territory exploitation. | |||||||
