Abstract:  The Evolution of the Occupied Personnel in the Industry of the Braşov Depression in the Last Decade of the 20th Century. We may strongly affirm that the evolution of the industrial activity, meaning extracting and processing certain resources, began in The Braşov Depression ever since the Palaeolithic, when the first dwellings were identified as symbol of the economical transformation, and it has continued for more than six thousand years. One of the basis of this process was the well trained population together with the communication potential of the region. The actual values and the evolution of the number of the personnel in the three sectors of the depression`s economy in the last decade of the last century, indicates the fact that the region we are talking about has surpassed the economic reorganisation period necessary to pass to capitalism engaging on the road specific for the industrial and services regions, with the trend of domination of services in the urban environments.
