Abstract:  This approach concern the Constitutional Treaty`s ratification and particularly the ratification process in France and in Holland. The Constitutional Treaty of the EU is a major moment in the juridical evolution -because he is changing and unifying all the treaties of the Union- and this document is a major document for the EU`s future architecture. The arguments for and the arguments against this Treaty does not cover the same area in the EU`s geography. The French case and the Holland case prove that the Treaty is not generally accepted and it is not a good evolution because France and Holland are two members that founded EEC.
