  Abstract:  Importanţa învăţării corecte a procedeului de călcare a apei la jucătorii de polo pe apă copii şi juniori III. In acest studiu se doreste sa se evidentieze importanta executarii corecte a procedeului de calcare a apei in jocul de polo. Tocmai din cauza executarii gresite al acestui procedeu tehnic mai ales la jucatorii de polo de varsta junioratului III si copii, si alte elemente tehnice bazate pe acesta vor avea de suferit. Astfel experimentul efectuat s-a orientat catre procesului de antrenament specific de polo pe apa la aceste categorii de varsta.
