  Abstract:  VIEW PDF: PHYSICAL ACTIVITY STYLES PRACTICED IN GYMS

In the following article, we have tried to present you some information regarding a few physical movement styles that you can find in the gyms in our country. We focus on Kangoo Jumps, Pilates, Qigong, Tae-Bo, Tai-Chi and Zumba.One by one we took each exercise type and we gave a detailed presentation about its history, description of how to do it and if needed we listed the necessary equipments required for the given exercise. We also presented the major benefits of each exercise style that has over a certain body part, and the places where you can practice it, so when you are done reading this article, you are capable to decide - based on your affections, the results you want to obtain and on the vitality that you have - which type of movement you want to try out in order to obtain maximal personalized effects.
