Article:   RECRUTING, SELECTING AND FORMING A SPORTIVE MANAGER FROM PERFORMANCE SPORTMAN’S.

Authors:  CRISTESCU MIRCEA.

Abstract:  One of the first characteristics that separates management from other professions is the fact that the managers are not paid for the time spent at work but for their results. This job is a permanent challenge where the satisfaction comes from a well done job witch other people would consider impossible to obtain. The best are also the best paid ones, but if you ask them about their rewards, they would talk about their achievements not about their income. Without the efforts of those persons that take responsibility for their actions, an organization could not survive.
