  Abstract:   Organigrama reprezintă un instrument de lucru menit să ordoneze, expliciteze şi să implementeze conceptul de management în sporturile colective şi individuale în condiţiile de dezvoltare social economică specifică ale ţării noastre. Comanda socială. Întreaga activitate sportivă de performanţă cade sub incidenţa comenzii sociale exercitată de puterea de stat. În acest sens, puterea de stat poate să provoace cauza care să producă fenomene benefice pentru dezvoltarea activităţii sportive de performanţă. Astfel, subvenţiile din bugetul de stat, construirea bazelor sportive moderne, recompensarea performanţelor de excepţie, sunt adevăratele cauze (motivaţii) care stimulează producerea fenomenului dorit.
