  Abstract:  Morfofunctional Body Changes Occuring in the 3th Age Period and the Physical Exercises Influence in Aging Process. Because, of the lack existence until now of any drug capable of slowing down the aging process; all the efforts are headed towards the preservation of sufficient mental and physical resources until an older age, permitting living conditions close to perfect.Different age related changes, occuring in every organ and system, are responsible for the decrease of their performance.The physical exercise in older people improves their health, by means of functional adjustment which could even out the aging specific involution.
