Abstract: Generality and Particularity in the Domain (Family) of Bodybuilding - Body Fitness. The aim of this work is to present a new sport discipline that of Body Fitness – in relation with bodybuilding and fitness. This work points out the fact that exercises made with the aim of keeping fit-maintenance (prophylactic and therapeutic) interfere with the specific means of the sporting disciplines as “bodybuilding”, “fitness”, “body fitness”. Knowing the means and methods of the specific training of these sports, adapting these to the requirements of the “clients” – permanently subordinated to the hypocratic principle “primum non nocere” facilities the way of practising exercise with the aim of keeping fit. Sports for everyone cannot be limited to occasional option only. | |||||||
