	Abstract: The principal psychological characteristics in gymnastics. Our study focuses on the principal psychological characteristics in gymnastics. Starting from here we adopted a certain strategy concerning all the training factors involved. Today in high performance gymnastics, because all athletes prove fine physical and technical skills, the psychological preparation make the difference.
