  Abstract:  This paper to bring a beneficial contribution to the teaching and training process, involving entering/penetration from zone 1 with places exchange and simultaneous attack, correlated with the zone 6 retracted defence system with 1-2 players blocking, doubling and placement in attack and defence from the game mode for advanced. These aspects are included in the volleyball practical course for the students of the students of the sections and faculties of physical training and sports, as new as for other specialist in the field of competitional sports.
