	Abstract: Technique and Performance in Synchronic Swimming. Essential in synchronized swimming is to make a perfect harmony between music, swimming movements and the pleasure to perform în such a friendly environement. In time, the synchronized swimming was known under different names and it had different purposes, but it was always a very expressive kind of physical activity and a delightfull performance, due to the special technics developed by the swimmers and to the visual and sound effects.
