  Abstract:   Tozzia carpathica Woł. (Scrophulariaceae) is a rare root hemiparasite (Săvulescu, 1960), found in the Carpathians and in the southern Balkans, and whose populations are the most abundant on Romanian territory (IUCN, 2017).
