Abstract:  Palliative care is a domain in which there are placed numerous ethical issues, a lot of them similar to those occurring in other medical fields. The approach of ethical issues specific to the palliative care is based on accepting that the incurable and/or terminal patient is not an organic residue for whom there is nothing it can be done, a being that only needs and whose life doesn’t have to be extended with no sense, but a person, a human being able to make his life an experience of feeling and achievement, with the condition of being bio-psycho-social and spiritual integrated.

Keywords: palliative cares, Christianity, responsibility
