	Rezumat: The Role of Information and Knowledge in Modern Management. Modern management considers information like having a strategic role for a succesful business. The implementation of information function in any organisation has to follow six stages and has to be base on an efficient informational department. At the end of the article are presented some considerations regarding the application areas and the limits of expert system.
