  Abstract:  The common good and social responsibility. We can define the authoritative attribute through the concept of responsibility aware of certain people or institutions that propose to debate and how social policies, which in turn generates normative acts, accepted and respected naturally and naturally by the community and by each individual. Any company needs a legitimate and accepted, authority to direct, to lead it. The Authority’s role is to ensure as far as possible the common good of society. Taking into account the social nature of man, the good of the individual is found to be indispensable in direct relation to the common good. It cannot be defined only in conjunction and relative directly and unconditionally with the human person.
