In the first part of the paper, I have presented the “Associazione Internazionale Esorcisti”, founded in Rome on June 30th, 1994 by Fr. Gabriele Amorth and Father René Chenessau, and how after twenty years, the Association reached such a development that we felt the need to establish a Statute. On June 13th, 2014, with a decree of the Congregation for the Clergy, the Statute received approval from the Holy See.
I have also presented the objectives and training tools that the “Associazione Internazionale Esorcisti” offers to the priests who receive the call for this delicate Ministry.
Afterwards I describe my experience as exorcist Priest, in relation to my particular marian spirituality, and I testify how the presence and the intercession of the Virgin Mary is alive in my ministry of exorcism, a fact that the demons themselves - with their great disappointment and anger - frequently report while they are exorcised.
